pose: West Virginia Network for Educational Telecomputing (WVNET) is requesting bids
from vendors to establish open end contracts from which the West Virginia Public Higher
Education Institutions and governing bodies (hereafter called the “Consortium”) may purchase
audio visual equipment, projectors, peripherals, and services.
