WVNET is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to provide a comprehensive heating-
ventilation-air conditioning HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement program for our
facility. WVNET’s current HVAC system has some units that are less than 3 years old while
others are at least 10+ years old, some 20+ years old, and are sophisticated and complex in
nature. As a result, we now have an aging system that seems to constantly in need of repairs
The scope of this work will include the provision of a total maintenance/management program
including, but not limited to the inspection, preventative maintenance, repair, replacement,
programming and other tasks and services necessary to ensure the safe and continuous operation
of a well-maintained HVAC system.
The intended start date for these services is July 1, 2026.
