WVNET Bids

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the West Virginia Network (WVNET),
under the direction of the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, and is a state-wide
request for the planning, configuration, implementation, training, and ongoing support of a
Learning Management System (LMS) to be made available as the primary learning platform to be
used by an undetermined number of the colleges within the system.
