West Virginia Network, which is a branch of the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, recently announced it has partnered with URcast to provide access to learning content for K-12 students throughout West Virginia without Internet connections. The 12th annual West Virginia Statewide Technology Conference 2016 (WVSTC 2016) will be held July 19-21, 2016, at The Waterfront Hotel and Morgantown Event Center in Morgantown, WV.
