2017 was a challenging year for education and government in West Virginia. State budget issues lead to cutbacks and uncertainties, which caused some of WVNET’s staff to move on to other employment opportunities. The 12th annual West Virginia Statewide Technology Conference 2016 (WVSTC 2016) will be held July 19-21, 2016, at The Waterfront Hotel and Morgantown Event Center in Morgantown, WV.
